​Thank you for shopping at Danny Cohen Ties. Our online shop provides a unique fashion product and members of our QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose from our selection and checkout using your credit card or paypal. You will receive a confirmation email right after your order is placed and another email once your item ships.

Payment and Shipping

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards as well as paypal. We will send you a tracking number once your items leaves our warehouse. Shipping is free anywhere in the continental US. $25USD shipping is added anywhere outside the US
Our goal is to ship/process all orders within 2-3 business days.
'Standard' shipping is tracked when possible and can take up to 10 business days. Once it leaves our studio, it is out of our hands and we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed mail and cannot provide a refund for this reason. Please double check your delivery details and address is correct, and note that you are responsible for any customs duty or taxes incurred on international orders.

Secure ordering & payment options
Our system uses the latest SSL security software in order to keep your information safe. We do not share your information with anyone and your payment is securely processed through our server. Once the order is placed the system does not save any of your credit card details for your protection.

Returns & refunds

We accept refunds and exchanges up to 30 days. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on the package or no refund will be issued. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels. Ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. We do not accept any request of exchange &return once the "specials" are sold
